《采矿与安全工程学报》是由中国矿业大学和中国煤炭工业劳动保护科学技术学会联合主办的一级学术期刊，原名《矿山压力与顶板管理》，创办于1984年。编辑部制定了《采矿与安全工程学报》编辑委员会工作条例、《采矿与安全工程学报》协办单位工作条例、《采矿与安全工程学报》编辑工作流程等规章制度，并完善了相关领域研究人员数据库、审稿专家数据库等。 《采矿与安全工程学报》的办刊宗旨是：以科学发展观为指导，以服务煤炭工业健康协调可持续发展为导向，以采矿与安全工程及其相关领域的工程技术基础理论研究与技术创新为特色，立足煤炭，面向全国，走向国际，促进煤炭开采与安全科技的进步。
